The APHSP-X is an agile, extremely low phase noise signal generator from 10 MHz (1 kHz with option 1K) to 12.75 GHz (APHSP12-X), 20 GHz (APHSP20-X), 40 GHz (APHSP40-X), or 54 GHz (APHSP50-X). It is available in 1, 2, 3, or 4 channel configurations in a 2U 19’’ enclosure. For high phase coherence, RF channels are locked to a single reference source. Excellent harmonic and spurious performance in combination with fast switching makes the instruments suitable where extremely high performance is required in labs or production facilities.

The single-channel version APHSP is available in a portable/bench-top enclosure with a color touch display and front panel control or as a rack-mountable module.

The APHSP-X is an agile and extremely low phase noise signal generator from 10 MHz (1 kHz with option 1K) to 12.75 GHz (APHSP12-X), 20 GHz (APHSP20-X), 40 GHz (APHSP40-X), or 51 GHz (APHSP50-X). It is available with 1 to 4 independently programmable and phase-coherent outputs. Excellent harmonic and spurious performance in combination with fast switching makes the instruments very well suited for high-performance demanding applications in labs or production facilities.
